Lawrence William "Bill" Rankin, 72, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy. Bill was born in Keokuk, Iowa on November 11, 1953, to Robert and Mary (Wallace) Rankin.
There will be a memorial service for Bill at a later date.
Cremation rites have taken place as per Bill's wishes, Wilson & McKinnon Funeral Home have been entrusted with arrangements.
